Spring is Here!

Many of us look at Spring as the time of year to get back on track, or start something new!

This includes our personal and business lives. If you're starting (or re-starting) an exercise program, remember to take it slow and pace yourselves. Shoveling snow and dragging around heavy boots and coats during the winter months, does not equal a rigorous gym routine or running regime, although it may have seemed so at the time.

Be sure to add proper rest, water and food to your plan. One of the things I recommend for injury prevention, is to add
